Angels Guidance 
“We can elevate our vibration by using pure essential oils, crystals, prayer, and meditation” … All these Angelic tools elevate our frequencies.
Angels and Ascended Masters are supporting us, during these times of energy changes and acceleration, by helping raise our frequencies. By seeing yourself and your loved ones surrounded with the Golden White Light of Divine Source at every moment, in every breath, and in every instance, you will begin to perceive more comfort and clarity. In addition to using angelic tools as prayer, meditation, essential oils, employ the Golden White Light. JUST ALLOWING THE LIGHT to heal and transform.
All that we experience currently is designed to help us towards that fulfillment and awakening process. Have faith, we are One with Divine Source. We are learning that we are not separate. With the Divine Light around and within we will feel confident and unafraid. We realize that all is for our highest good.
Feeling gratitude for all the blessings we are receiving, no matter what the dizzying pace, seems to be essential also. This “attitude of gratitude” does leave our hearts open to acceptance and trust that no matter how hesitant we are to accept it, change is the only path available for us now as we move ever more rapidly into the Light. Essential Oils
The Angels inspire us to use sacred fragrances that are an honoring of the gift of God. God has blessed Mother Earth with all kinds of plants for our use. When you take the very essence of the plants, as essential oils, flower essences, breathe them, apply them on your body, or take them within, you are accepting the gift of blessing from God present in your daily life. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed and we need a loving hand to help us clear our thoughts and lift our spirit. It is through the use of essential oil that reminds us that God gives us a loving and natural healing. Flower essences also tune us in to return to knowing our natural state. They work with electromagnetic energy that helps remove blockages as where we have convinced ourselves or have beliefs of not being worthy of living in joy and abundance.
- Megahertz (MHz)- we have frequencies in our normal being ranging between 58-62 MHz but when our energy starts slipping if we don’t get enough sleep or eat right, that vibration starts lowering to about 54 MHz and we start getting a cold; 52 MHz- start feeling susceptible; in the 48 MHz – can be getting the flu; and when lower the energy we can get to a vibration of a serious dis-ease.
- The Rose vibration - rose is the flower that has the highest frequency: the rose vibrates at 320 MHz…. by smelling a rose or applying rose oil you are lifting your body, mind and spirit.
Crystals and Stones
Crystals and Angels have similar attributes. Using stones and asking support from the Angels, can help with our physical, emotional, spiritual well-being, be it financial, our health, or our children, they can support you and your loved ones. Crystals or stones amplify your healing power and assist you in feeling happy and peaceful. Crystals are a gift from Mother Earth, there is a loving energy that emanates from the crystals. Crystals are usually associated with ancient wisdom and heavenly grottos of mystery and magic. They bring memories of beautiful quartz points and crystal healings that were used in ancient Atlantis and in Lemuria.
Prayer is Powerful
There is so much power in prayer, regardless of what our spiritual practice is, just by declaring with a sincere heart and knowing that our request is being heard, it enables us to experience that connection with the sacred. Praying to God, Divine Source, with the support of the Angelic realms for guidance and protection, for inspiration and enlightenment, faciltates this process. Angels are intermediaries between God and humanity; in praying you also raise your vibration where you feel comforted and peaceful. Through prayers and the emotions of our heart, we create a magnetism” to pull in the flow of divine light. That means it is impossible for the Angels to ignore a sincere human request for assistance. Being able to call forth Angels through the desires of our hearts is one of God’s gifts to us.
In the Angel readings I provide, I always pray and invite God and the Archangels and Angels because they will be present, and will bless the person and all those involved in the session.
Meditation
Peaceful meditative music or guided meditation can help you connect with the Angels. Meditation is a time to reflect and receive insight. Even a short amount of time is very helpful to your energy, just sitting quietly closing your eyes, breathing and listening you can notice the benefits and many insights that occur.
Being Grateful
Prayer is powerful, and being grateful is as powerful. When you are grateful you acknowledge and believe your prayer will be answered. “Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”
By elevating the Divine energy within, you are able to shape your destiny to fulfill whatever the mission and assignment you are destined to do. Be confident that you can go to high places with your vibration, energy and consciousness. You are in alignment, in attunement and in alliance with Divine Source.
What you’re doing is putting your energy to God speed.

Prayers and Meditations 
This meditation can be used for Angelic healing. I am practicing this meditation for all the people who are in need of wellbeing. You are welcome to use it. Let us send love and light to all those in need.
Begin by visualizing a sparkling celestial white light in front of you, breathing in and out, as you breathe in this angelic white light, feel the angelic light energy expanding and surrounding you. You feel a peaceful relaxing energy and as you continue to breathe gently you see the angelic light expansion is ever increasing within and around your body.
Now speak from your heart, and make your intention known to God, the Angels, and the Archangels: we call upon the Archangel Raphael and all the Angels of healing to work with people who are in need of wellness. We call on Archangels, the Angels, and Angelic hosts of white light to assist us and provide love to all minds, and hearts, and where physical healing is required now.
You notice a large quartz crystal above your head, from this crystal a beam of white divine light slowly descends into your heart filling you with beautiful green emerald light. As the light fills all your heart you now see the Archangel Raphael’s emerald light radiating from your heart sending its beams of healing love towards all those who are in need. See the healing green and white lights swirling outwardly, radiating toward others. Visualize and see all survivors, adults and children, being showered with the white light and their hearts blessed with the healing and loving emerald light, you see that all healers, doctors, service workers and all individuals are being blessed with the white light and are supported with strength, power and angelic guidance to provide support and healing.
We pray and send healing light to all souls that have passed on and have been carried and comforted by their Angels and loved ones and are now in a place of peace, love, and in the company of God and Angels and all Light beings. We pray and send healing light to all those who grieve so they may find calmness and consolation. We pray and send healing and blessings of light to all Earth Angels, that can provide help and support and be of service at this time.
Now we give thanks to God and the Angels for the blessings of love, comfort, peace and healings received. And so it is. Amen.
