Angelic Frequency, Important times

“We can elevate our vibration by using pure essential oils, crystals, prayer, and meditation” …  All these Angelic tools elevate our frequencies.

• Megahertz  (MHz)- we have frequencies in our normal being ranging between 58-62 MHz   but when our energy starts slipping if we don’t get enough sleep or eat right,  that vibration starts lowering to about 54 MHz  and we start getting a cold;  52 MHz- start feeling susceptible; in the 48 MHz – can be getting the flu;  and when lower the energy we can get to a vibration of a serious dis-ease.
• The Rose vibration - rose is the flower that has the highest frequency: the rose vibrates at 320 MHz…. by smelling a rose or applying rose oil you are lifting your body, mind and spirit.

Crystals and Stones

Crystals and Angels have similar attributes.  Using stones and asking support from the Angels, can help with our physical, emotional, spiritual well-being, be it financial, our health, or our children, they can support you and your loved ones. Crystals or stones amplify your healing power and assist you in feeling happy and peaceful.  Crystals are a gift from Mother Earth, there is a loving energy that emanates from the crystals. Crystals are usually associated with ancient wisdom and heavenly grottos of mystery and magic. They bring memories of beautiful quartz points and crystal healings that were used in ancient Atlantis and in Lemuria.

Prayer is Powerful

  There is so much power in prayer, regardless of what our spiritual practice is, just by declaring with a sincere heart and knowing that our request is being heard, it enables us to experience that connection with the sacred. Praying to God, Divine Source, with the support of the Angelic realms for guidance and protection, for inspiration and enlightenment, faciltates this process. Angels are intermediaries between God and humanity; in praying you also raise your vibration where you feel comforted and peaceful.  Through prayers and the emotions of our heart, we create a magnetism” to pull in the flow of divine light. That means it is impossible for the Angels to ignore a sincere human request for assistance. Being able to call forth Angels through the desires of our hearts is one of God’s gifts to us. 

 In the  Angel readings I provide, I always pray and invite God and the Archangels and Angels because they will be present, and will bless the person and all those involved in the session.

Meditation

Peaceful meditative music or guided meditation can help you connect with the Angels. Meditation is a time to reflect and receive insight. Even a short amount of time is very helpful to your energy, just sitting quietly closing your eyes, breathing and listening you can notice the benefits and many insights that occur.

Being Grateful

Prayer is powerful, and being grateful is as powerful. When you are grateful you acknowledge and believe your prayer will be answered.  “Matthew 21:22   And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”

By elevating the Divine energy within, you are able to shape your destiny to fulfill whatever the mission and assignment you are destined to do. Be confident that you can go to high places with your vibration, energy and consciousness. You are in alignment, in attunement and in alliance with Divine Source.

Yes, Angels Are Near Us

  As there appears to be so much turmoil in the world, I cannot emphasize more than ever that Angels are with us and near us. Even in the midst of crisis and chaos as we perceive, and cannot comprehend, there is an underlying truth. I can only explain this by sharing my experience.

  In prayer I asked God and the Angels to bring my son home safely.  In previous days I watched the news about the protests and violence occurring in Thailand, and I felt sad for the people and that beautiful country, but mostly I feared for my son Jordi, who was there visiting Thailand.   I just turned it off – the television and my fearful thoughts-   I started praying and asking for Jordi’s angels and ARchangel Michael to surround him with protection and love. I prayed and afterwards went into meditation. 

  The  Angels showed me how they were opening a road for Jordi’s taxi to go thru the city of Bangkok.  Their gigantic wings moved people and buildings to the sides, and as I saw the car run thru this road, between clouds or smoke, it was then lifted and I saw it become an airplane … at that moment an amazing feeling of comfort, love and peace ran through my body, and a sense of joy surrounded my entire being. 

  I know and believe that the Angels were demostrating and letting me know that my son would be safe and on his way home.  My heart was filled with gratefulness and peace.     I checked the time afterwards, and realized later that Jordi’s flight  was scheduled around the same time the military action and explosions took place in Bangkok.     After traveling for more than 20 hours, Jordi landed today in the US.   I thanked God and all Angels for flying with my son and keeping him safe and sound.

  The power of prayer- affirming and declaring that all will be well-  and practicing meditation, are definitely divine and incredible spiritual practices that we can depend on. My friend Christine reminded me the importance of being grateful, the Universe generates wonderful things when we express gratitude.  Let us give thanks every day to God for what we have.

  Wisdom, love and peace can be received by giving our distrust and fears to God and the  Angels, and in return we will receive Trust.  By surrendering the worries and fears that surround us,  by being grateful,  and asking for help in the most darkest moments,  … love, hope, and divine guidance will be delivered to us by God, our spirit guides and angelic beings.  Angels Are Near Us, and fly with Us.

Heavenly Well-Being

 The meaning of the word wellbeing is: ‘well’ as in good health, fine, sound, good, healthy and radiant; and the meaning of  ‘being’ as in life form, living being, creature, person or individual. This sounds heavenly to me, to be a creature or living being of fine and healthy, sound, and radiant life.

I have been experiencing some health challenges and when I read the word ‘wellbeing, I love it and now incorporate it in my vocabulary every day.    Yes…   I am a perfect wellbeing!

 I’ve always thought that my wellbeing consisted in having enough time for completing many things in my life, giving support to others, working, caring for my children, writing about the Angels, classes, and usually being on the fast lane, with some small rest stops on the way.  

 My Spirit Guides and Angels have demonstrated other options, as what happens in God time… there is really no time as we see it, only moments of being, of wellbeing Now.  When we are on God’s time, life occurs in spontaneous, easier and good natured moments. 

During these challenges, the guidance and outpouring love given to me has been incredibly amazing. My guides and angels have made sure I receive the necessary care from all directions, people, family, books and places and beyond. I felt very loved and even when there were some moments of darkness, there always is that shimmer of light, of hope and of love.

I usually recommend to my clients to ask God and Angels for help and support, and I would forget to do this. I had to be reminded by other earth angels and healers to go into that space of requesting divine help.   A dear friend said to me, that we offer help to others with a loving heart, but it’s not easy to help and give that love to ourselves, and in those void moments is when we need to reach out to others, through friends, family, and provide them with the magnificent opportunity of giving us help through their loving heart.   

I am so grateful and appreciative for all of the prayers and kindness that has been offered to me from loving hearts.  I am fortunate to have dear friends, and my family, incredible healers, and I need to mention the loving Sisters of St. Joseph from the Spiritual Center in NY who gifted me a beautiful shawl and while the shawl was being knitted they were praying for my health.  

It is always best to learn and follow the wisdom of the Divine, but sometimes through painful events we learn and discover certain issues we have not realized and therefore receive blessings and strength through the experience.  I am aware that living in spiritual awareness at every moment, we become stronger and it will be easier for our spirit guides and Angels to support us and direct us to blessings that await us.

My brother mentioned that if you are always driving the car in second gear, which will feel comfortable, and you do not shift to a higher gear, sooner or later the car will start to stall and finally break down. The same happens to our spiritual, physical, and emotional beings. When we do not look and acknowledge even the smallest signs, there will be a much louder call for our awareness where the Universe will push us to make a shift, and for the Universe a shift is only transformation. 

God and the Angels have given me the opportunity through sacred space and healing to remember that the Universe, God-Goddess, Angels, and beings of light, are helping us transform our lives. I believe they are serving all of us, in times of difficulty, guiding us to change gears and see and feel  the divinity that is all around us and within us.  Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, are closer than ever to support us in the awakening process.  We live in such wondrous times that we can connect easily with God, the Angels and Divine beings of higher frequencies.

The power of prayer and meditation enfolds us with peace and light, I encourage you to open to prayer and meditation, when we pray and meditate we attract a loving connection with the Divine, enfolding us in love and light, giving serenity and peace, ecstasy and bliss, and bringing heavenly well being. Let us remember to pray and ask for guidance and wellbeing.

Angels GPS

On Christmas my son Iñaki gifted me with a GPS navigation system.  I am so excited with my new navigator unit, I did not realize what I was missing!  I always thought why would I need a GPS when I can just easily find the directions myself and why the complication of having to take time and learn how to operate another new device?   Well now, I realize how amazingly useful  and convenient this cute device is.  It makes me feel so confident while I am driving and reassures me that I can adventure anywhere at anytime and can reach my destination in a precise, accurate and timely manner.  Thank you Mi Hijo! (my son)

I am absolutely enjoying my new guiding instrument, and I mostly enjoy my  navigator’s voice with his lovely Australian accent, guiding me with directions.  Not only is my GPS helpful, but sounds like an Archangel leading the way.

 The GPS reminds me of the Angels GPS – “(God Power Servers)” - I received the meaning from my Angels.  When I first heard about GPS navigation systems sometime ago, I immediately was reminded of the power of the Angels as God’s navigation for us humans! 

The Angels guide us during our journey in a divine manner. The Angels have said that change or transitions are sometimes necessary for the unfolding of a superior outcome; and to enter a new and better place, the old has to depart.  There are occasions when we are ready to take the endeavor and adventure to begin something new in life, but there are other times that we are not prepared to process change and have the feeling of complete despair.

And as painful as change is, and let me tell you that I’ve had my share of transitions where I was afraid to let go of what was familiar, but yet it was much easier and comforting to reach out and surrender to the guidance of God and the Angels.  

 The Angels are divine emissaries who are more than happy to encourage us, and surround us with the feeling of God’s peace and knowingness that all is well.  The Angels always want to comply with what we yearn for and are eager to help us meet our needs. As human beings who possess free-will, we have the privilege to ask the Angels for support of what we want, remember that the Angels do not make decisions for us, but make decisions with us. We can also ask them to ask God what is it that we need to learn, and provide us with guidance to accept the new with love, hope, and understanding.

There is so much strength and wisdom that the Angels provide us, so why not believe that these powerful beings of light are just waiting for us to surrender to our materialistic ways, to surrender to the control of knowing all things, and to surrender to allowing them to sustain us, and to carry us during the journey.   Test them, they do not mind at all.  Try them out. All you have to do is just ask!

You are a traveler in life and they are your Angels GPS navigation!  Sometimes you might ask yourself “where am I going, and how am I going to get there?”  Well the Angels work night and day, and will always tell you where you are, and guide you on how to get where you’re going. If you miss the exit they will indicate for you to turn around and give you new directions; their features are divine, accurate, and precise and will always help you find your way.    

As soon as you have absolute trust in the Angels and ask for their guidance, rest assured that Angels will not only respond to your request, but will guide and enlighten your way, helping you arrive safely and securely to your desired destination.  I highly recommend the Angels’ GPS, remember we have the power to ask, thus Angels have the power to make it happen and take us where we need to Be.

Season of Light

The Christmas season has arrived once again… year after year it seems to sneak in.  Some angst usually appears, but as the days get closer to the wonderful celebration of light, my heart begins sensing that unique feeling of hope and love in sight.

As when we see or live the birth of a child it always brings us such happiness,  and even though you may have faith or not, the Christmas story of a blessed child born on Christmas day brings many of us hope and amazement – such a blissful feeling of love which illuminates the season, and gifts us with joy, love, peace, light and wonder.  All these qualities that appearing at one time makes our hearts beam and shine toward others.

We come to believe that all is promising during this glorious and giving season.   Christmas allows us to keep on moving forward towards a New Year with excitement and more hope – and as we reflect on our goals for the coming year there is a sense of peace and good will of renewal and wellness.

I hope the star of Christmas,  the peace and joy, that for one moment envelop us, can be relived each day, and dispel any worries or uneasiness – that this glimmer of wonder may give each of us a new birth in all events of our lives.  A new birth that opens the doors of love and enchantment and allows us to transform our life, and therefore transform the world.

AUTUMN, Colorful New Leaf

 The summer has turned into Autumn, and the beauty of the Fall is here.  I love how the leaves start turning to rich colors of browns, golds, reds and yellows. Just as the turning of leaves to new colors, we can also turn our life into a new colorful leaf, a new adventure. One of hope, peace, love, gratitude and harmony.   

Why wait until the winter at the end of the year to commit to things and promises that are sometimes complexities?  Let’s take time during this season to find the new autumn and beauty in our life, and be open to new changes, to see obstacles only as stepping stones to an enhanced spiritual journey. 

Know that your Angels and the Archangels are with you every step of the way, so ask the Angels to support you and start the loving journey now.  

 I hope you enjoy the beginning of Autumn and that the colorful leaf reminds you of the bountiful blessings in your life.

Connecting with Your Angels

 Asking your Angels

When you ask your Angels to be present they provide learning and guidance.   Angels also remove any blockages or past beliefs no longer needed. You can connect with your Angels through initiating a conversation with them by asking questions. Sometimes they will answer right away.  You can simply talk to them in silence or out loud. You can visualize, and see yourself with your Angels. 

Matthew 21:22   And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Praying 

Prayer is a powerful act that assists you in experiencing sacred communication with God and affirms your  linkage to the Divine. Through your heart intention you create a loving connection between yourself and the Divine.  

Writing to your Angels

You can write to your Angels, a letter or just a note. Try to listen to their responses, pay attention to signs and symbols, they can answer through your dreams.  The Angels answers are soft, always filled with love, compasion and wisdom. They will not respond with any negativity. Their guidance is real, true and loving.

Meditating

Affirmations can change the old beliefs and replace with new patterns

Your Guardian Angel knows you deeply and better than anyone else.  Angels do not judge us, and only see the divine within us, they are always compassionate and their only purpose is to serve God through the help they provide to us. They support us in our life mission.

When you practice affirmations you affirm what you want and desire, and this brings your thoughts back to that love center, to God’s love:

• I am surrounded by the love of God and the Angels
• I am protected and guided by the Angels
• I am willing to receive help from the Angels
• I follow my guidance in full faith
• I am grateful for all that I have in my life
• I accept love
• I accept  love from God and the Angels
• I am willing to be happy
• I call upon God and the Angels to assist me
• I am in harmony and balance
• I am in joy and peace

Angel Reading

You receive many messages through an Angel Reading. The Angels are easily accesible when you have someone who has developed intuitive skills and the experience to provide the reading, because they can accurately convey messages as well as help you connect to your Angels.  

The Angels usually provide information on all areas of life, relationships, finances, job, health, etc., but the main information that the Angels give is usually focused on any important issues that you are going through at that time. You can give yourself a reading or you can always ask your Angels if you need guidance from an Angel intuitive through an Angel session. Remember that the Angels messages are always uplifting and compassionate reflecting the love of God.

Angels love to deliver more information through songs, a person’s comment, a book, or movies that inspire you. Some years ago, I was looking for literature on how to cope with grief. As I walked in the bookstore and while browsing, a book fell off the shelf.  I picked it up and as I was putting it back I noticed the title “Angel Therapy-Healing Messages for your Life”.  Surprised, I noticed that the cover had the same beautiful angel picture that I had just found a few days after my Mom passed away. I knew that the Angels were sending this book.

So stay aware, pay attention and try to hear what your Angels are whispering to you!

Let the Sunshine In

 July is a very powerful time of the year. It’s that time of enjoying the summer fun and celebrating our freedom and independence. But at the same time people are having challenges, and the Angels are giving us a new opportunity to help clear any negativity around us and feel free. 

 We can do this by joining our hearts and our intentions with our Angels and utilizing the great influx of Light that has been and is pouring into our world.  Now is the time to capture the sparks of light, the lights of love and wonder.  Archangel Michael cuts away and dispels any negativity and surrounds us with protection and light.

The angels are giving us a message to clean up and clear away, and make room for new light. In little ways and big ways, we can make things better in our lives. It’s summer time.  You know that 2009 is the year to shine – so let that sunshine energy come in!

Angels are assisting us so don’t think you are doing this alone, there is a divine intervention and grace that is increasing our ability to be powerful and face any adversity, and the comforting presence of Angels are pouring God’s Divine Love and light into our souls, it’s just a matter of opening up to this light that the Angels are offering us, they are bringing their light to clear away what no longer is needed, this cleansing process is needed to make room for the new.  And it’s already been happening to many of us. 

I’m sure You might have already experienced or felt that feeling of gettting rid of what you don’t need, be it physical, mental, or emotional. We can apply this message first on the environmental level in our homes, and getting rid of things no longer needed, as well as opening windows and let the fresh air and light in.  We can do it on a physical level by gentle breathing exercises that allow more fresh air into our lungs and bodies. Additionally, we can be on the lookout for stifling thinking, and allow that divine sparkle in our thinking.

We’re being asked to take a look at our lives and see what we are holding on to. It can be things in our actual environment or “things” inside of ourselves. It’s all clutter and clutter is confusion. It’s time to bring it out to the light of day.

So remember to ‘Ask the Angels’ to fill you with more light, to strengthen that Divine light within you and enjoy your sunshine!
